Phase 1: Releasing Fears & Building Foundations
Begin by clearing the fears and self-doubt that hold you back. Through group energy work and subconscious reframing, you’ll strengthen your inner foundation, cultivate professional boundaries, and build unshakeable confidence in your ability to hold space for others.
Phase 2: Session Mastery — Before the Session
Learn how to communicate what you do with confidence, connect authentically with clients, and transform consultations into committed partnerships. You’ll master intake, boundaries, documentation, and setting your fees with clarity and ease.
Phase 3: Session Mastery — During the Session
Discover the anatomy of a breakthrough session — how to ask powerful questions, read emotional and energetic cues, and guide clients through resistance with grace. You’ll learn to blend Cesta’s signature modalities seamlessly, creating sessions that deliver lasting change.
Phase 4: Session Mastery — After the Session
Help clients integrate their breakthroughs and stay grounded in their transformation. Learn post-session protocols, follow-ups, and retention strategies that turn one-time sessions into long-term growth journeys.
Phase 5: Intuitive & Energetic Mastery
Strengthen your intuitive intelligence. Learn to sense energy accurately, differentiate between your emotions and your client’s, and communicate intuitive insights responsibly — bringing both depth and safety into your sessions.
Phase 6: Boundaries & Staying Whole
Build a practice that sustains you. Develop daily clearing rituals, strengthen energetic boundaries, and learn how to serve deeply without absorbing client emotions. You’ll release patterns of overgiving and stay balanced as you grow.

Integrated Mentorship Experience
Throughout the program, you’ll engage in weekly case studies, supervised sessions, and 50+ hours of hands-on internship through Cesta’s outreach and healing fairs. Every element is designed to refine your skill, strengthen your presence, and prepare you for real-world practice.

Life Coaches make between $100-$1,000 an hour, depending on experience.
Our students typically charge $1,500 per coaching client upon graduation, and upwards from there. This means you could make your tuition back after your first four clients.
We have graduated over 2000 coaches, with hundreds of them creating full-time careers as coaches.
