It’s been a real grounding and connecting experience all along @journey with Cesta. Life is to live. Past ,present and future are dimensions which are interconnected. It is completely possible to recreate our experience of life by consciously changing our deeply ingrained beliefs which we are not conscious of. And these beliefs tend to run our life ,rather create patterns of self suffering! Many tell to do away with the old patterns and traumas to live a fulfilled life but HOW to identify the roots of these deep rooted patterns and beliefs and to do it consciously is what happens at Cesta. Yesterday I did away with a deep rooted belief which was running a pattern in my life ie “I have to sacrifice to evolve” “I have to suffer to get love” Shedding them,removing them and creating new shoots of well being is what transpired for me I shed 1.25 kgs in one release session wherein I let go one single dominant pattern in my life.I am open to love entering my life and my kids’ love in a bond connecting as never before. I am greatful to Theta healing ,Cesta and Richa ! Respect and gratitude✨🙏🕉️
The work Cesta is doing is truly phenomenal. For me, it’s a school of unlearning all the beliefs we may have picked up along the way, due to people or experiences and realising our attachment to these limiting beliefs. It taught me responsibility, accountability, sheer ability of the self which we can forget along the way sometimes. It is a school of Relearning too, where these old limiting beliefs are replaced with newer, more apt beliefs that help our progression. They are authentic, fun, community builders where we grow so much without feeling too much pressure or heaviness. It has taught me to really see. I am forever grateful to this institution for bringing me out of certain situations I deemed impossible. The owners are truly guided by the Divine and doing God’s work for humanity. I am Hetal Bhatt and I would like to share my experience with Cesta Holistic Healing Studio. I started my journey with Cesta in the beginning of 2020 by enrolling in Thetahealing courses. I truly believe that it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made in my life. I have done Basic DNA, Advance DNA and Dig deeper class from Sangeeta Ma’am. What a wonderful experience to know about the mysterious universe and know more about myself. It's amazing to hear that you can heal your body without the medicines and you can heal your body just by changing your thoughts. Cesta healing studio is the destination which combines different therapies together to heal you. Sangeetaji and her daughter Richa is doing the fabulous work for the Society. They put their heart into this. Most amazing thing is that they are not keeping this knowledge only up to them, they are teaching it to others so that the people can use these therapies for themselves and others. I participated in the 6 day Align the Energy Body Workshop held by Cesta and I must say it was out of the world experience. It gave me insights on how many layers we have, that need to be shed. Just through this workshop, I could identify many of my own limiting beliefs. I have enrolled for their specialised BEE course that will take me deeper and help me overcome my limiting beliefs further.
As usual my teacher Sangeeta Shah is the best. Recently I took up two courses with her : You and the Creator ; World relations. I love the way she teaches with ease and makes you so comfortable. She has a vast knowledge and very well versed in her field. World relations was amazing for me as I didn’t even know I was holding so many grudges or resentment to countries I haven’t heard of. That was really amazing. The in depth study of how everything revolves whatever happens in my past or past life that still has a present on our present; I was absolutely amazed. As for , You and Creator was amazing in a way that I really didn’t know that we were still working from the 5th plane even if we connect to the 7th plane. It was amazing if we ask the creator directly we can do healing within 20 mins. Yes in both the releases were amazing , something I wasn’t aware of. As usual Tetha healing is amazing . Sangeeta is an exceptionally special individual. I have had an opportunity to witness her healing and teaching. She puts her heart and soul into everything she does.
